Vince says that without Cody Rhodes & Ted Dibiase with him, Orton is a failure. Orton then challenges Vince to a one on one match. Then Rhodes & Dibiase attack Shane, H comes down and beats on all three until they get the upper hand….until Batista returns! Batista demolished the Legacy. Vince gets on the mic and says the he won't make it to Backlash and Batista is taking his place.
